A lazy day

After doing so much last week, I knew that this week would be much less full of stuff. Today I did practically nothing; I slept until noon, tidied up a bit, and thought about my next purse. Both places from which I order stuff are having a sale, and so I ordered some bugle beads from the one place and really cheap strands of semi-precious beads from the other. The second place actually has emeralds, sapphire, and rubies!!!! I have no idea what I would ever do with gems like that, but it's good to know that I could get them if I wanted.

Other than that, I kicked back and didn't do much. I watched Singin' in the Rain on tv - a classic movie; I am in love with TCM and have that on practically all the time. As I've mentioned before, I am a sucker for old movies. Having a channel that shows them all the time, uninterrupted by commercials, is my idea of heaven.

Speaking of tv, Project Catwalk Season Two is debuting on Life/Slice. I LOVE Kelly Osbourne as the host!!!! She's awesome, and way better than a model. She looks deliciously evil when they trick the contestants in one or another way :) I've no idea why the channel is changing names. They're marketing differently, too, saying that it's like a dirty secret to watch Slice and likening it to a vice. I don't get it. I think they're marketing to me, and I don't get it. Maybe if/when they change their programming lineup I'll get it.
