I gained a bit of weight while on our vacations :( The weight is in different places than it used to be, probably because I'm in menopause. Blah. I've decided that I want to get a bit more exercise in the hopes that the weight will come off.
So I biked to Well-fit today. I plan to bike to Well-fit while the weather is good - in the past, when I've ridden my bike on a regular basis like this the weight has come off more easily. Hopefully my plan will work.
I have thought about doing yoga. It's offered as a session at my bellydance studio (which is expensive) and also at Hopespring (which is free). I think I'll try the one at Hopespring and see how that goes; if I don't like it then I'll try the bellydance one. I don't know what types of yoga are offered at each place, but I'll find out.
