I missed a night of bellydancing while we were at the cottage. Since there were only six nights, that's a lot of bellydancing to miss. Fortunately, my bellydance studio allows us to make up classes at another time. I chose to go to two classes tonight; an introductory course and a veil class. The veil class was great! It was really hard, though. When working with veils, your arms have to be straight which places a great demand on your arms and shoulders.
I'm glad that I have been working out because my arms can take some of it :) My left shoulder (the surgery arm from 2000) isn't as strong as the right one and tends to get sore faster. I don't know what to do about that; maybe I'll talk to the people at Well-fit and see if there's something to be done.
